When the plan for
Emerald Coast Estates began, we knew that we would
be creating much more than a manufactured home
community for active adults 55 and better. We knew
that we had to create a community in every sense of
the word so that it would become an asset to
Brookings-Harbor and the residents; a small town
environment with a neighborly atmosphere where
everyone knows and cares about everyone else and
their community. Our goal is to provide you with a
professionally planned community that is designed to
preserve the surrounding beauty as well as provide
our homeowners with a sense of comfort, beauty, and
peace of mind.
Emerald Coast Estates 1 consists of 42 large custom
spaces on 9.51 acres and Emerald Coast Estates 2
consists of 38 large custom lots on 9.49 acres, many
with the ocean, farm ground, mountains, or natural
wetlands providing the backdrop. We feature custom
single story, manufactured homes from approximately
1100 sq. ft. to approximately 2100 sq. ft. and up
with attached garages and fenced, private, patio
areas. A trained staff of home consultants will help
you to choose the right home for you and to
customize it by selecting from literally dozens of
interior and exterior options. Even with all of the
choices and options available to you, we have worked
hard to develop a set of community guidelines and
Rules and Regulations that will protect the value
and quality of your home for years to come. We want
to put our years of experience to work for you and
make it possible for you to own the home that you
help to design. You may also place a “site built”
home on lots within ECE 2 if it conforms to our
standards and requirements and is approved in
advance by management. And, you may purchase or
lease the lot under your home in ECE 2.
